Eclipse Version Tree Plugin is an easy to use, graphical version tree for project artifacts hosted in a CVS repository. It is a graphical replacment for Eclipse resource history. Supports different layout styles, customization and convenience features. This repository combines the code from http://sourceforge.net/projects/versiontree/ and http://code.google.com/p/eclipse-cvs-graph-tree/.

Method extssh support 

Invalid CVS repository location format: :extssh:dand@cvs:/cvsroot
Location must have form ':methodname:[user[:password]@]host:[port]/path/to/cvsroot'
Only the following methods are supported: ext, pserver

Error installing on eclipse 2022-03

When I try to install the CVS Version Tree 1.7.0 on eclipse version 2022-03 (4.23.0) (Build id: 20220310-1457), I get this error message:
Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.
Software being installed: CVS VersionTree Plug-in 1.7.2.201308061545 (net.sf.versiontree.feature.group 1.7.2.201308061545)
Missing requirement: CVS VersionTree Plug-in 1.7.2.201308061545 (net.sf.versiontree.feature.group 1.7.2.201308061545) requires 'org.eclipse.equinox.p2.iu; org.eclipse.team.cvs.ui 0.0.0' but it could not be found
Is there a separate install for the CVS Version Tree Plug-In?

Eclipse Photon version problems

Hi,
I love this plugin, and I am using it for years now. After upgrading to Eclipse Photon, several problems appeared:

  • Only right half of the including view is used by the plugin,
  • Context sensitive menus (right click, like "Compare Current with...") are not appearing,
  • Version graph is not displayed when opening a file in the editor, only when it is explicitly requested,
    Is there a chance to get these fixed?
