By the looks of things, if you rotate the device, the dialog will disappear. If you extend android.app.Dialog, it would be easy to make a DialogFragment which natively retains the state of dialog for free :)

How do you go about resetting this while testing?

The following file from the Five-Start lib is not accessible, and it is making my app to fail at build time in Jenkins.

Can you please use:

android.support.v7.widget.AppCompatRatingBar

instead of RatingBar, for better compatibillity.
Lowest SDK possible is now 15...

I really appreciate your commitment and dedication towards this wonderful repo. It is glad that you have released this completely as open source. But I have a concern regarding the usage of material dialogs library https://github.com/afollestad/material-dialogs. Instead of using this library you could achieve this with by implementing AppCompatAlertDialog. You have all the features to customize according to your need. Please try to change, so that your project will not be dependent on other libraries. When click en low star and send to te email app, the email to app developer dont fill email.

This library can't be use with button click because when user selects never then popup never shows up on button click. please add a feature to disable never button

In my app is declared MIN SDK = 14, but this library has MIN SDK = 15.

The library not imported correctly , it show error....
