Steps to reproduce:

• Click 'PLAY'
• Click 'Continue'
  (next few steps need to be done quite quickly, within a few seconds)
• Click 'Return to Title'
• Click 'Load Game'
• Use Frostbeam ASAP. Doesn't seem to work with other moves. I suspect this is because the sound and damage on frostbeam are sooner in it's execution than other moves.

Observe:

• No sound on frostbeam (reproduction rate: 7/10)
• No damage on frostbeam (reproduction rate: 2/10 - always accompanied by no sound though)
