This project is deployed with Docker. The easiest way to setup a Docker environment is by installing the Docker Toolbox.

Currently there is no title on the HTML page of the application.
Currently there is a graceful degradation of fonts if the user's computer does not have Open Sans. Use the Open Sans web font to ensure a consistent font family across client machines.
Currently JavaScript and CSS resources are not minified and concatenated. Look into using r.js to minify and concatenate JavaScript and CSS resources.

The current static file server does not have gzip capability (in fact it does, but it requires companion .gzip artifacts which is not ideal). Express has automatic gzip functionality and should be adopted (in absence of another ideally suited web framework).
Currently CSS is providing image height and leaving width as auto. It would be ideal to add explicit width and height attributes to img tags.
