Currently, ActionListAdapter provides a dynamic list based on the presence of the Sygic app, toggling the creation of the Drive/Walk Sygic options. Because it's doing this based on array index numbering, this will break down if options are added below the Sygic options. This bug shall remain open as a reminder of this future breakage potential, until a proper scheme is implemented.

Keep a list of known already-loaded map areas and avoid reloading the location data from the Internet, in order to save bandwidth and avoid loading on every camera movement

Add custom URIs (as explained in http://dev.sygic.com/documentation/custom-url-schema/) to support Sygic navigation, as the app does not follow geo: URLs encoding GPS coordinates properly.

A good set of settings to start with is toggling the appearance of Sygic-only navigation options.

This will require an update of the ddr-finder project in order to store and return whether or not a location has a DDR machine. The pins will be color coded blue.

Should be loaded via menu option; should load http://www.ddrfinder.tk/about.html in a WebView (the page must also be created in the ddr-finder project).

Currently, markers immediately open the navigation intent. Instead, a menu should be presented with multiple options (more info, navigate, sygic-only options, etc).

Due to how activities work when the orientation switches, the map will reload (causing it to re-position at your current location and reload the list of arcade locations). This should be fixed so that neither occurs.
