A splash screen is a graphical control element consisting of window containing an image, a logo and the current version of the software. A splash screen usually appears while a game or program is launching.

Create a splash screen that displays when first navigating to the game (during pre-loading). After clicking it move to the menu screen.

Create a menu where players can select to start game.

I expect this to be dummy art, but i'd like to establish a base template for users to land on after the splash-screen, and losing the game.

ATM, The only relevant button at the moment would be Play which kicks off the game.
