Currently, the package publishing stage is simple - push all artifacts to NuGet. But NuGet throws an exception if package already published, the dirty way is handle this exception. For now, it's cannot be processed normally - processing stderr and stdout in cake.

Another solution is to use the Cake.ExtendedNuGet addin (contains the IsPublished (...) method), but Cake.Tool cannot attempt the addin (mono can do it, but the travis-ci setup speed will be increased to 10 minutes).
