Instructions for database cdb files

  • put new cards in prerelease.cdb
  • setcode fixes in fixsetcode.cdb
  • string fixes in fixstr.cdb
  • ot changes in fixot.cdb
  • setcode changes in fitsetcode.cdb
  • other fixes in fixmisc.cdb -> Please describe what you have changed.
  • official.cdb -> Change cards from beta to official
