Support changing lockfile name

It would be nice if we could change the outputted lockfile name.

I know we can change the lockfileFilename with yarn.

But sometimes we are shipping to environments that don't use yarn2, so a traditional yarn.lock file is required. Currently we are having to rename this file with a script before deploying

Filter workspaces

It would be useful to be able to filter workspaces, in my case I need one for a public git submodule.

I can .gitignore others but they don't need to be created.
