I want to be able to fetch for the did cid, maybe querying it by the address or the domain name. because you are only able to see once when you send the post to the /dagjson

• As an user I need to enroll DID Account
• As a node I need to peer with other nodes
• As a node I need to store proofs in IPFS for fraud protection
• As a node I need to return proofs for onchain post / submit
• As a user, I need to be able to transfer onchain metadata DID ownership from chain A to chain B

Pending release, and we can call it production ready

1. User ---> Signs tx POST /dag , add field "pending_block": "instant" | "normal"
2. Node <-- Returns 400 Bad Request, "Must request directly from relayer"
3. User --> InstantRelayer.sol getInstantRelayers() -- must return info about available instant relayers
4. User --> InstantRelayer.sol payForInstantBlock()
5. User POST /apply_block must contain protocol identifier, moniker, from, paymentId
