Code and assets stolen from RAA

Hi! I just found this and while looking through the code and textures I've seen a lot taken from my team's Randomly Adding Anything mod and I do not appreciate that. I would like it to be removed asap.

Hyperspeed Pill

The hyperspeed pill will make you go superfast, but it will only last for 10 seconds.

PR #7 has made it so I am unable to test my code

Make config save/load from file and sync from server.

These would be some useful features. I already made some tweaks to how the config is set up to allow for this. We should add a new constructor and setting method for both a packet byte buff and reading from file.
