Umbrella to write Modules for ejabberd in Elixir

Dependency

To use the umbrella you need to hava ejabberd installed and erlang schould be able to access its libraries. On MAC OS X install ejabberd with

brew install ejabberd

and add the path to your ERL_LIBS

export ERL_LIBS="/usr/local/Cellar/ejabberd/14.07_1/lib/ejabberd"

ejabberd.app not found

Steps to recreate:

  • point $ERL_LIBS to my ejabberd folder
  • mix compile
  • mix test

What should happen:

  • project starts without errors

What does happen:

$ mix test

    application: logger
    exited: stopped
    type: temporary
** (Mix) Could not start application ejabberd: could not find application file: ejabberd.app
