File descriptiosn:

Python Files:
capital.py: Contains the Item class hiearchy of all possible game capital objects
database.py: Contains the CapitalDatabase class which manages the database of possible assets to buy. Will contain the asset management system.
digraph.py: Contains Hoover's Digraph from A3
dyjkstra.py: Contains A3's dyjkstra implementation. Possibly not needed; threw it in anyways.

Configuration Files:
radios.cfg,towers.cfg

Contain information on the purchaseable capital in the game to be loaded into the capital database.
