Nothing is said about development fees. How much % does a miner give to another wallet?

Hi, with origin "cuckatoo_mean_cuda_gtx_31" plugin GTX1080Ti have an error "out of memory"
To fix it, need to edit one file. In clean linux version of miner need to manually edit the file grin-miner/cuckoo-miner/src/cuckoo_sys/plugins/CMakeLists.txt to change the cuckatoo_mean_cuda_gtx_31 target to use the smaller memory settings

-DNEPS_A=128 -DNEPS_B=80

As a miner using ethos I am used to setting up the config using a file layout as such:

globalminer claymore
globalfan 85
globalcore 1371
globalmem 4400
globalpowertune 110
maxgputemp 85
stratumproxy miner
proxywallet 0x**********************************
proxypool1 pool-usa.ethosdistro.com:5001
proxypool2 pool-eu.ethosdistro.com:5001
flags --cl-global-work 8192 --farm-recheck 200

The layout on the README looks like an .ini file.

This does not look like an ethos config.
