[Security] Workflow main.yml is using vulnerable action actions/checkout

The workflow main.yml is referencing action actions/checkout using references v1. However this reference is missing the commit a6747255bd19d7a757dbdda8c654a9f84db19839 which may contain fix to the some vulnerability.
The vulnerability fix that is missing by actions version could be related to:
(1) CVE fix
(2) upgrade of vulnerable dependency
(3) fix to secret leak and others.
Please consider to update the reference to the action.

Local history dialog for web app

The history of the entered Service Name and Common Name in the browser in the local storage, for more convenient generation of passwords.

A list with a choice should appear in the dialog box, but the checkmark should be disabled by default and is located in the block next to the password generation button.

Extra flag issue when running console app on linux

Now, when starting the Heimdallr.Cli application in Linux, for correct operation it is required either to set the variable DOTNET_SYSTEM_GLOBALIZATION_INVARIANT = 1 globally or to pass it to the launched application, which is not very convenient.

Asking to deliver libraries to the system is also not an option, you need to somehow fix it from the application side.
