Nice to see the further development of this extension!

I ported some of my local fixes to the new master...

1. use the new configuration api, because TYPO3_version will get removed in TYPO3 12.
2. all IDs for services are enclosed in '', because the handling is different over some of the services.
3. remove the invocation of the callback functions. We need function pointers
4. renamed the typoscript files to new naming scheme (for T 11)
5. added some options to motomo and openwebanalytics

I do not like the fact, that tarteaucitron is bundled into the extension, as it makes it hard keep the library uptodate.
I came up with an approach to install tarteaucitron by composer using https://asset-packagist.org as repository.
It's a bit experimental though.
