The collisions between cars and walls need tweaking to make them more realistic.In some cases the car can become immersed within walls although I haven't really been able to replicate this.

One way that I managed to do this was hitting the left side of walls and spinning around. I'm leaving this as an issue as I make other aspects of the game as I'm worried that the fix may be rewriting all of the current collision stuff.

The progress bar doesn't start moving until the screen starts scrolling which is when the car gets close to the top of the screen. It would be nice if this increased more uniformly.

We could probably do with a reverse button for the car. I don't think it's important for now as you can rotate on the spot but it would be useful to have.
