Dead link checker

An app that checks for deadlinks on Wikipedia. its is currently deployed at https://deadlinkchecker.toolforge.org/

Getting started:

  1. Clone the repository
git clone https://github.com/WikiMovimentoBrasil/deadlinkchecker.git
  1. Enter the project directory
cd deadlinkchecker
  1. Create a virtual environment
pythom -m venv venv
  1. Activate the virtual environmeny
.venv\Scripts\activate
  1. Install project dependencies
pip install -r requirements.txt
  1. Start the app in development
flask --app src run --debug
  1. Initialize the database
flask --app src init-db

This should create a urls.sqlite file in the instance folder in the root of your project
