Create an internal sprite format (not[!] a file format) which can:

• hold the tiles seperately, uncompressed but still packed
• Knows the palette it uses
• Can be read by the image reader (will unpack it)

Assumptions:

• A tile knows its unpacked bytes
• A sprite consists of 1 or more tiles and a palette definition.
• The palette will be an interface which implements getColor(int colorIndex).

Shortcuts:

• Only support square sprites for now
• if a spritemap is given as a sprite (which is shouldn't) it will be drawn square for now.

As long as we do not have a file format, remove the Image Reader SPI.
