Tried to deploy this with data migration into: http://cz-sxsw.azurewebsites.net/
However, it takes too long to load from SQL into the cache and the connection expires. Therefore, the timeline data never loads in Azure (local environment loads at some point).
This bug still needs a code change.

Reduced the problem, fixed in Bug22. However, we still need to fix the SQL to Website performance load problem. I'll open a new bug for this.
