主要功能：
确保安装了 Tampermonkey 插件，然后从下面的网址安装

在看贴时，用户的关注按钮边上会添加一个屏蔽按钮
点击后，用户本次发言以及其他发言就会被屏蔽
如果想取消屏蔽或管理屏蔽 ID，可以在页面右上角点设置
进入版面后在版面标题的右侧可以看到屏蔽热贴的按钮
同样也可在设置中取消屏蔽
