android-sample-apps's Issues

RecyclerView not render the changes after deleting a movie

Bug - Content Provider / RecyclerView

After the user deleting a movie from the ContentProvider and after the execution of the method finish() on FavoriteMoviesDetailsActivity, the recycle view still renders the movie that was recently deleted.

In simple words, the RecyclerView is not rendering the real-time changing that occur in the ContentProvider / or in the Adapter.

Intent Service - Email App

Intent Service - Problem

After finishing the order summary, the Intent service pops up to the user, but instead of showing only e-mail apps, the Intent is calling any app that can handle text message.

How to Solve?

For this Task, the Intent Service should deliver the text message containing the order summary to apps that can send email, in other words, should be handled by e-mail apps.

Icon change when the user hits favs button.

In the MovieDetails Activity, it would nice if the icon of the heart changes dynamically to represent when the user hits the favorite button to display a UI change that corresponds to the user preference.

The icon could change accordingly if the users have favorite that specific movie or not.
For instance, full heart representing that the movie is a favorite, and an empty hart saying otherwise.
