On the control screen you can click and highlight model components.

Can we replicate this onto the client screens?

At some point we'll have a collection of models/scenes with starting camera poses more suited to Galaxy display. We'll need to stash these somewhere.

At the moment "Play" always plays from the beginning of animation cycle.

Need code that implements a "pause" and "restart".

Being able to set the viewer FoV to match the physical Galaxy screen is critical.

Default biodigital fov (as of March 2017) is 60 degrees. Was 30 degrees in Feb 2017.

Need ways to decrease or minimise the impact of long model loading time.

• on-screen loading indicater/spinner feedback. This is needed especially for animated models which show the first frame, but still block while loading the other frames

• just ask BioDigital to make it faster!?!

• can local squid caching help ? what about http vs https?

• background loading in alternative iframes, that we can switch between.

• find a good demo model
• figure out how to interrogate and display chapters, UI?
• share chapters to clients
