Thank you for the great program. How do I export it, so I can view it in Freeview? Whenever I try loading these files, freeview crashes.

If you get an error while loading up an annot file as an atlas, it is likely because your file does not have a clear reference to a particular hemisphere in the file name. This will be fixed in a future update, but for now please ensure your file is appended as something like "_lh" or "_rh" (see readme for more information about how brainSurfer determines the hemisphere from a file name).
