A config file will allow the saving of setting, such as resolution and window type

Remove the resolution variable from everywhere apart from main. Instead, use window.get_size()

All generations beyond the first are not working

Generations, where the top 5 have not made more progress, should not pass on their networks to a new generation

This allows the program to be closed and loaded off previous learning, so that progress is not lost.

When creating the next generation of AI the parent AI's networks are incorrectly being passed referentially which is causing them to all eventually merge into using a single network.

Keeping the top 5 cars should stop the cars from reversing progress

Write average progress for the whole generation as well as the average progress for only the top 5 to a file so that the data can be analysed.
