Add a "howto-add-custom-icon.md" mini tutorial.

I have a logo of a token as SVG file -- please describe how someone can add a new logo to a custom build of CryptoFont.

[Maybe including some hints how you would like to handle pull requests for new icons]

fontello allows a web developer to pick a few icons from various fonts to be included in his own bundle, which helps great with website loading. Being featured on fontello would make CryptoFont more popular.

Would be cool if you can suggest this to them:

Under Firefox the main site at httpp://cryptofont.com renders with broken images in place of the icons.

Please add ZCoin icon.

Could you please add EOS icon also
