I cant find a download link on this github, and i tried copying the text from the reg files, creating the file myself, and the js script too but im not sure what to do with my two files.

I have a _puttycolor.js with the script copied and pasted from here, and a theme.reg that i also copy pasted from here. I Double clicked the reg file, pulled it over the js script, and now what? Where am i supposed to put these two files? Next to the exe? How are these affecting the application? Why is my terminal still black and white?

For example, the font in putty is different, are you using putty too, or what else?

Also, the colour of the username and computer name is the same as the commands i type, Why does yours differentiate between them?

I applied the Desert theme and it worked fine for the first time. Then I did the same process for another theme and it stopped working. Now in my putty session, no theme is working.
I tried deleting the registry in SimonTatham and redoing the complete process but it didn't help me. Neither my new session nor the saved sessions are working fine.
One way that I can think of is that if I will know how to disable the script completely then I can disable and then apply the registry again. I think it is possible that apart from the SimonTatham, it could have made changes at other places also.

Please suggest something for this.

Is there a way to apply to certain saved sessions? I only see the ability to apply for all putty sessions.

Is there a way to apply the regs automatically on boot?

All the other color seems working fine the same as the example. But the color of [root@localhost ...]# is still white. How can I fix that, please?
