Based on the schema in .angular-cli.json

I added the below configuration to allow customized deployment to a ../backend/public/dist folder.

Reason is, I want to use another backend framework (i.e. Play Scala)

the global window['soundManager']; is found when running "ng serve" but it is not found when deployed using 'ng build'

note: I also tried using declare var soundManager: any;

I tried all sort of thing like building my own webpack config but it didn't work.

The only way for me to make it deploy on a different folder and run correctly is by using 'ng eject' and changing the webpack output section

I don't want to use 'ng reject' and lose the benefit of ng CLI

Any idea how to resolve this issue?
