Accuracy issues

With this code i am not able to get accurate results. It gives wrong Gender results sometimes.
It shows sometime female of male face and vice versa.
So i am unable to get accurate Age and Gender result. If someone solved this issues already
Please try to help me.

Package not found

getting issue after building and installing apk in my android device - "openCV manager package was not found!" Try to install it? and it is redirecting me to play store.

Please provide installation instruction on android studio
