Nice try, but you will have many problems with this.

• The serial port used for ATC are different on different devices
• Some device manufacturers even remove the AT serial port from /dev, while others may not even have one.
• Having 350 java files here simply doesn't make any sense. Just use a JSON or TSV/CSV parser and put them in one file.
• No point in running CLAC if you gonna use your own list or vs versa.
• Never, ever randomly send random AT commands unless you know exactly what they are doing. Some cause factory resets, some changes APN etc. You risk to piss off a lot of people!
