The repository contains the code used to generate the results (numbers in text, tables, and figures) of the article "Androgen receptor pathway inhibitors versus taxanes in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer: Results from the biomarker-driven ProBio platform trial" currently under review in Nature Medicine.

The code folder of this repository contains:

• 00_data_management.R, main data cleaning and data-management for the project;
• 02_analysis.R, main R script for the analysis;
• 03_figures_tables.R R script for generating figures and tables.
