Description
When resizing a browser window, the website encounters a large amount of problems - including but not limited to:

• The navbar and footer's text going out of place, both vertically and horizontally;
• The cover image going out of bounds;
• The cover image being within bounds but not centred.

This happens on mobile without prior resizing; it's due to using <br /> over CSS and other CSS issues.

Fixed by ffcd209 Another issue includes WEBP images not rendering in browsers such as Safari (assigned to @fjah).

To reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to https://5th.site/;
2. Resize window vertically;
3. Scroll down;
4. See that the navbar, cover image and footer are dispositioned.

Expected behaviour
The navbar, footer and cover image should resize accordingly.
