Logger Tags proposal

Goal is to add tags for log output. Process for adding tags should be easy.
I have this in mind:

log := logger.AddTags(tag1,tag2) // copy the object of logger to newlog
log.Print("something") // the output should be enclosing tags tag1,tag2
newlog := newlog.AddTags(tag3)
newlog.Print("another thing")// the output should include tags tag1,tag2,tag3

this way we have strong consistency of the tags and flexibility if we want to derive newlog into more specific log tags.
for formatting we can discuss it wether add it on JSON object or prefix if the format is not JSON.
