Multiplication, addition and subtraction should be signed already.

• Is the division signed?
• Is modulus signed?
• Is less than signed?
• Is less than/ equal signed?

The load instruction appears to be adding to the destination register rather than overwriting it.

The on chip ram generated by the megafunctions has registered write ports. This means it might need 2 clock cycles to complete a write

R type instructions currently need a clock cycle to read the register and decode the instruction and a second clock cycle to write the result back to the reg file. The R type instructions should take 1 clock cycle to decode, execute and update.
