Any plans to add the following:

Multiple Support Agents.
Transferring Chats
Transcripts
Variables where visitor information can be pre populated into a chat, or pulled from it.

In order for this to be useful, the user session needs to persist across page views. Right now as the user goes from one page to another (on the same site) his messages appear to be coming from different users. This should be easy to fix using cookies.

Also, it'd be nice to show the chat log when the page reloads to keep the integrity of conversation.

does someone pls reupload the demo server.?

Is it possible to run this without running your own xmpp server? Perhaps just tell the js code to talk to jabber.org's free xmpp server and the id to which the chats would goto?

Can we borrow the CSS from https://towtruck.mozillalabs.com/example/ for the chat widget. It looks very professional and should be easy to pull out.

This is a very useful feature that exists in Olark. As the user navigates the site, the URL gets displayed in the agent's chat session.

Hey @alagu, I had been meaning to try out hummingbird for quite some time and finally got it up and running. I read that you had some plans to completely remove the jabber dependency? Did you have any luck with that?
