Problem while reconfiguring tzdata

When I run dockerfile, date time of Mate system is not correctly configured, it is in the past. That provokes several errors while navigating.

I have searched on google to try to find a solution, and I couldn't resolve it. While trying some of the proposed solutions I have get this error (I supose it is related to de problem):

Failed to get D-Bus connection: Failed to connect to socket /var/run/dbus/system_bus_socket: No such file or directory

The command I executed was:

timedatectl status

Did you have the same problem? Could you please help me to find a solution? I am really very interested in using your container.
