Create unit tests against the createCoverLetter.py script.

Update the application project structure to conform to the specification listed here:

Instead of having the user enter the template variables on the command line, the application should give the user the option to obtain all the instance variables in the template and prompt the user to enter each one at run-time, through the command line.

Add the FOSS license statement to python scripts

Create a settings file that should house all the instance specific data (e.g. directory locations).
