There are quite a few methods to do this.
Implement all of them with a different name.
Add proper docs on how the program works.

Add program in a new Number System folder

Some All classes inside NumberSystem declare Misc as package

Update README.md adding usage instruction and contributing instruction

Include fork, branch creation, commiting changes, and send PR.

Preferably add program for both number and string.

The program should return the ceil value of the integer.

This can be done through dynamic programming also, but in this only conventional method is to be used.

The function should return the floor value of integer.

Binary Search

1. Binary Search is one of the most used algo in real world. It would be a great first addition to repo.
2. Add Binary Search that can be used to search different data types at once.

Right now there is no kind of java docs comment present to show to user, how the code runs, what each specific function does. Add these comments to make the code more understandable.

Add a generic stack datastructure which is able implementing most frequently used methods.

Add Generic QuickSort Algorithm

The README needs to be updated-

1. Users should be able to directly import the class with class name itself. So remove Note and update examples in usage section.
2. Edit point 5 in contribution.
3. Add instruction to format code with google-java-format .

The following files have wrong package name -

1. HeapSort.java
2. MergeSort
3. BinarySearch

Right now I think this change has to bought as it not easy just to import class and directly use it. We would like to give this kind of functionality. It would be recommendable just comment the main() method, just to show illustration of how to use that class.
