Native libraries contained herein where built by Emzi0767. You are free to redistribute them, so long as you retain proper licensing and attribution notices. It would also be nice if you linked back here.

Libraries are linked statically, so they do not require having Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime redistributables installed on the system.
