Some thoughts about the package (not actually an issue)

Once this package becomes stable, you should really consider getting it merged into atom.
Consider changing the "remove" wording to "disable"

Improving keybindings in general

Maybe there is already a solution for what I tried to describe here:

If not, maybe some improvements could be made?

Utilise the builtin keymap disable checkbox under package settings

Use the builtin atom.config.packagesWithKeymapsDisabled array so that disabled keymaps correspond to their respective package settings checkbox.

For example I now put this into my packages to have default keybindings, but disable them by default, which is reflected in the package settings…
