[bug] DNS Error After Reconnect

Describe the bug

[ERROR] failed attempted to log to: https://----, error: error sending request for url (https://----): error trying to connect: dns error: failed to lookup address information: Temporary failure in name resolution

Sometimes this will occurs after reconnecting to WiFi and does not resolve until WiFi disconnects and reconnects.

Possible causes:

Sending too many ARP requests and router stops forwarding requests from our IP
Tailscale?

[bug] Scanner does not work on Windows

Describe the bug

Scanner is unable to choose correct network interface on Windows because pnet_datalink does not set flags on network interfaces, which are relied on to tell their statuses.
