Centralized listeners that listen for "damage dealt by player" (for all weapon enchantments), and "damage received by player" (for all armour enchantments).

These listeners will automatically be passed to appropriate enchantment subclasses, to minimize the code needed for individual enchantments.

This will resolve the current inconsistent behavior of some enchantments, particularly those involving bows.
