Hacktoberfest issue

My pull request got disqualified from hacktoberfest from this repository it says - This pull request was submitted to a repository that does not follow the values of Hacktoberfest, so has been excluded. No pull requests to this repository will be counted for Hacktoberfest.

Recursion

I would like to add recursion questions.

Add your projects in project folder.

Have some amazing projects? You can add them to the Projects folder.
Don't copy the code from anywhere on the net.
You can upload your project to any tech stack.
If a single program contains more than 1 file please make a folder with the program name.
It will be good if you create a Readme file for the program.

Codes like 'hello world, 'sum of 2 nos.', etc won't be accepted.
You can upload programs in any language.
