As of December 2020, VFM is designed with less than remark 13 in mind. When updating this to 13 or later, first port the process to understand the plugins (current status) less than 13.

The purpose is to understand the processing that can be diverted to 13 or later by implementing the minimum configuration plug-in.

I chose ruby for the VFM syntax because the implementation is compact.
