The latest remark changed the footnotes handling. A separate npm called remark-footnotes. Delete the processing because it cannot be handled as rehype.

Preview error on first watch

The Vivliostyle CLI preview must have the target folder. Also, if HTML is generated after opening an empty folder, Chrome will not re-render on reload.

Based on this, in watch mode, create the target folder before preview and output HTML / CSS.

Convert link to Markdown file in project to HTML link

This project outputs HTML for Vivliostyle/viola-savepdf from Markdown, but I want to automatically solve the link at the time of HTML conversion while completing the link as Markdown.

Therefore, Markdown links files directly and changes them to links to HTML files converted at build time. Links to external sites are not targeted.

e.g. sample.md and dir/test.md are converted to sample.html and dir/test.html.

Viviostyle is AGPL v3 so follow it.
