Error trying to run syntax error, unexpected ']' 

aws $> mkstack ./templates/SG/shared-securitygroups.yml ./templates/EC2/centos7-app.yml

Merge output issue.

Below is something I have seen with similar lines trying to merge multiple templates. If I modify the post merge output to look like the pre-merge input all is good.

Input:

          Value: !Join [ "-", [!Ref Project, !Ref Environment, !FindInMap [LocationMap, !Ref 'AWS::Region', LocationCode], !Ref ChargeCode] ]

Output:

        Value: !Join ["-", [!Ref Project, !Ref Environment, !FindInMap [\LocationMap\", \!Ref AWS::Region\, \"LocationCode\"]", !Ref ChargeCode]]
