The code I implemented earlier only looks at the Montrose-Ohio data, but for some reason that one is missing data even though the current direction is actually eastbound (per cameras and other information on the site).

While we cannot use the travel time for the Addison-Ogden section since it is not the complete length of the express lanes, we can use it to determine the direction, speed, and congestion.

It's possible that this is only temporary and the missing data will show up later, but we should be able to handle this situation.

I will work on this tomorrow if I have time.
