API and cloud system for the management of student and colleges.

This is a final project degree, it is developed with the main goal of learning to work on a large scale project, facing all the problems which appears during that period and to apply all the knowledge getting during the studies years.

Our project is necessary to cover one need in the student area, the task for chosen in which college live during the studies is really hard and boring. However, the application will become that task really enjoyable. That is, our software has a principle offer to all the student the different colleges and rooms.

In others words, we have created a college manager. Nowadays there are not anything like that product in the market, so it is become a really new tool for the users. On another hand, it knows that there are a high indirect competition from all the hotel manager, which are used today. Our product can analyze and see from two views, from the student and the college.

The student user has the capability to bid for several rooms, when one of them is assigned to the user, he can make different actions in the application, between all of them we can highlight communicate with the college through message, analyze the data of the college and the room, make the payment of every month and report incidences to the college about bad working of an element of the college or the annoyance about something.

On another side, the view of the college user, he can be known through the application and share his services to all the user of that. Between the task which that user can make the main one is adding rooms to the system. Between the set of actions it finds communicate with all the student, who have a room of the college, see the incidences and update its status, see the information of the rooms and the students, also check if the students have made the payment of the month.

The application can be reached from the web and it has a serve, what is getting through an API. The design of the web is responsive, it means that can be adapt to be display in different kind of devices such as desktop, tablet or mobile.

Sum up, we have done a survey for possible users of the application, it has been really interesting and it has helped to identify problems and futures works. But the most important is that our product has been accepted, so it can move to the next step and be delivery to real colleges and start to be used.
