• Create a bucket in Google Cloud Storage (GCS)
• Go to SQL and create an instance depending on your need.

• download cloud sql proxy https://cloud.google.com/sql/docs/mysql/connect-admin-proxy

• Install and initialize the [gcloud CLI] (https://cloud.google.com/sdk/docs/install) for easily interacting with Google Cloud resources.

• Start to connect using the Cloud SoQL Auth proxy ./cloud_sql_proxy -instances=INSTANCE_CONNECTION_NAME=tcp:0.0.0.0:1234

gcloud auth login
gcloud auth application-default login
