Histograms are working but need to be completed.

• Axis labels
• Title/legend which disinguishes charge/time/(other options)
• Once fitter is implemented, allow for a residuals histogram
• Change grid for log-scale
• Auto adjust y axis for logscale
• Set options for xlim, ylim, nbins in context menu

QCameraImageCapture and related libraries can take image captures and record videos, potentially in high resolution. It would be really cool to implement better camera controls to take high quality images.

Any interest in switching from ctypes to using pybind11?

In my experience pybind11 is simple to use and very robustly interfaces c++ code, including numpy types. I think it would greatly simplify the sibyl_cpp module.

Setup bonsai library for just-in-time fitting.

• libBonsai.so

Requires changes to bonsai to make it accessible for single fit calls.

Some of the matplotlib colormap objects return a lambda which cannot be pickled. These color palettes are:
gist_yarg, gist_gray, gist_heat (maybe others)

When sending a sigterm via ctrl+c the program stays alive until you individually mouse over each open window. Sigterm should kill all open widgets.
